Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment campaigns Arrange interviews, assessments, and follow up with candidates. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. Support walk-in interviews, recruitment drives, and hiring events. Prepare recruitment reports and update hiring status to management. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and interview processes. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work under pressure. Knowledge of UAE recruitment practices is preferred.
