Systems Analyst- Core Banking

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Perform impact analysis for change requests, regulatory requirements, and system enhancements. Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories. Coordinate with business users, technology teams, vendors, and testing teams. Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and business sign-off activities. Assist in data analysis, reconciliations, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives. Ensure requirements traceability and timely delivery of project milestones.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills * Oracle Database WebLogic REST/SOAP/API Integration/ESB/Kafka Required Experience / Knowledge Areas * 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking technology projects. Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE modules and business processes. Strong understanding of Oracle Database concepts and data analysis. Experience in Core Banking, payments, deposits, lending, or customer onboarding domains. Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills. Employment Type Full-time
