Supervisor (Site)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise daily dredging, reclamation, and marine construction activities. Monitor contractor performance and compliance with project requirements. Coordinate marine equipment deployment and utilization. Ensure execution per approved drawings, specifications, and methods. Track production, quantities, levels, and project progress. Identify constraints and recommend corrective actions. Ensure HSE compliance and closure of safety actions. Implement quality inspections and support punch list closure. Verify dredging quantities and coordinate surveys. Prepare daily progress and site reports. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Marine, Construction Engineering, or related field. 8+ years’ experience in dredging, marine works, reclamation, or port construction. Experience with major dredging equipment and marine operations. Experience with EPC contractors, marine contractors, or port authorities. Knowledge of dredging methods, hydrographic surveys, and quantity calculations. Strong English communication, reporting, and presentation skills. Excellent analytical, planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in multicultural environments and under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
