Supervisor - Security

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee and manage security personnel, ensuring they adhere to established protocols and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the effectiveness of security measures. Investigate incidents, accidents, and security breaches, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Monitor security systems, including alarms, CCTV, and access control, responding promptly to alerts and coordinating appropriate responses. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in criminal justice or a related field is preferred. Possession of a valid security license or certification, as required by local regulations, is essential. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a security role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, is preferred. Experience in the hospitality, healthcare, or corporate security sectors is highly desirable.
