Job Description Roles & Responsibilities As a Co-op Program Consultant Intern within Accenture s Industry & Enterprise (I&E) Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) practice , During this 6-month Co-op Program you will gain hands-on experience supporting consulting engagements across the communications, telecommunications, and media sectors. You will work alongside experienced consultants on client projects involving business analysis, problem-solving, digital transformation, customer experience, and operational improvement. Key Responsibilities Support project teams in conducting research, analysis, and problem-solving activities. Conduct research and analysis on communications, telecommunications, and media industry trends and developments. Gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to generate meaningful insights. Assist in developing presentations, reports, and client-ready deliverables. Participate in workshops, meetings, and project discussions with internal teams and clients. Support the development of recommendations and solutions addressing client business challenges. Desired Candidate Profile Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Telecommunications Engineering Network Engineering Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Software Engineering Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field Required by the university to complete a Co-op Program. Strong academic performance. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Good understanding of or demonstrated interest in the communications, telecommunications, and media sectors. Preferred Attributes Knowledge of the telecommunications industry, including telecom networks, key products and services, customer segments, market trends, and emerging technologies. Understanding of network and telecom concepts is considered an advantage. Passion for consulting and business transformation. Interest in digital transformation, customer experience, operations, strategy, technology, and AI. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn. Ability to think critically and structure complex problems.
