Strategy and Data Insights - Junior Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Executive to join our Strategy & Data Insights team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn about data-driven marketing and digital advertising. You will support the team by analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports, identifying trends, and assisting in developing insights that help improve campaign effectiveness. You will work closely with the Strategy, Campaign Planning, Ad Operations, and Technology teams to gain hands-on experience in campaign analytics, reporting, and marketing strategy. Desired Candidate Profile Key Responsibilities: Campaign Reporting & Data Analysis · Assist in analyzing campaign performance data to identify basic trends and insights. · Prepare recurring reports and dashboards to support internal teams and client reporting. · Ensure data accuracy by validating campaign performance data before reporting. · Support the team in monitoring campaign KPIs and performance metrics. Strategy Support Assist the Strategy team in gathering data and insights for campaign planning. Support the development of presentations and reports with relevant campaign findings. Learn to interpret campaign results and contribute ideas for performance improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Campaign Planning, Ad Operations, and Technology teams to collect and organize campaign data. Assist in coordinating reporting requirements across different departments. Support the documentation of processes and data requirements. Learning & Continuous Improvement Learn about digital advertising metrics, audience insights, and campaign measurement. Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing practices, and reporting tools. Participate in team training sessions and contribute to improving reporting processes.
