Strategic SAP and digital IT transformation Head

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities To lead the Group’s overall IT strategy and SAP landscape, ensuring that all SAP systems, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation initiatives, and business applications are aligned with organizational objectives. The role acts as the key strategic advisor for all ERP and technology-related initiatives and is responsible for maximizing business efficiency through technology. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SAP strategy, implementation, upgrades, migrations, and optimization across all entities. Manage and support SAP modules including SD, MM, FICO, PP, PM, QM/QA, WM, and HR integration. Design SAP architecture, integration frameworks, master data governance, and system security. Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation projects and digitalization initiatives. Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, and recommend SAP best practices. Manage SAP custom developments, enhancements, workflows, Fiori applications, and third-party integrations. Coordinate with ABAP developers, SAP partners, and AMS support teams for developments and issue resolution. Oversee SAP interfaces with Power BI, banking systems, government portals, ZATCA, HRMS, and other external applications. Drive SAP reporting, dashboards, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. Establish SAP governance, change management procedures, testing protocols, and user acceptance standards. Lead data migration activities, data cleansing, and master data management initiatives. Provide functional and technical guidance on SAP BASIS, authorizations, transport management, and system administration. Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business objectives. Manage cybersecurity, infrastructure, servers, cloud environments, backups, and disaster recovery plans. Ensure 99%+ system uptime and business continuity. Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, software licensing, and service agreements. Lead IT project management, resource planning, and technology roadmaps. Provide user training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. Manage ICT infrastructure, CCTV systems, biometric attendance systems, and IT assets. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. SAP Certifications in one or more modules preferred. 10–15 years of overall IT experience with minimum 8–10 years in SAP consulting and ERP leadership. Strong experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. Extensive experience in manufacturing, trading, supply chain, finance, and industrial business processes. Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, integration methodologies, master data governance, and business process automation. Working knowledge of ABAP, SAP BASIS, Fiori, SAP Analytics, and middleware solutions. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, project management, and vendor negotiation skills. Experience in digital transformation, process re-engineering, and change management initiatives.
