Job Description Roles & Responsibilities tle: Storekeeper (F&B Specialist) Work Location: Company Head Office - Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming food, beverage, and operating supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes. Store all items properly according to hygiene, safety, and food handling standards, ensuring FIFO (First-In-First-Out) rotation. Maintain accurate daily records of stock movement (receipts, issues, transfers, and returns). Conduct periodic inventory counts (daily, weekly, monthly) and prepare accurate reports for management. Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment needs in coordination with the procurement officer. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store in compliance with safety and health standards. Inspect incoming food items for quality, freshness, and compliance with specifications. Desired Candidate Profile 3–5 years of experience in F&B storekeeping / inventory management (Coffee shop / Restaurant / Hospitality preferred). Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel. � Preference will be given to candidates with experience using Foodics inventory management system. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
