Sr. Officer, General Services ( GCC/UAEN)

One of our clients in the Government Sector is seeking experienced professionals for the position of Sr. Officer General Services to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Purpose of the Role To manage and coordinate assigned General Services operations, ensuring the effective delivery of workplace services related to recreation and wellbeing, security and access, office support, space planning, and facility maintenance while maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction. General Responsibilities Act as the focal point for assigned General Services functions. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors. Budgets, and performance updates. Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, and applicable regulations. Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions. Recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and cost optimization Contract management Recreation, Activities & Wellbeing Plan and coordinate employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, sports activities, and company events. Manage recreational facilities and coordinate with vendors for activities. Prepare annual activity plans, budgets, and participation reports. Liaise with Human Capital and stakeholders to support employee wellbeing programs. Office Supplies & Space Planning Manage office stationery, consumables, and furniture inventory. Coordinate office allocations, seating plans, workplace moves, and fit-out requests. Support office renovation and space optimization projects. Coordinate procurement requirements and maintain accurate asset records. Security, Parking & Access Control: Coordinate security services, access cards, visitor management, and parking allocation. Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with security procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree or equival ent 3 to 5 years of relevant experience Experience in Government or Oil & Gas sectors is an advantage Native Arabic Speaker (Mandatory) UAE Nationals and GCC Nationals are encouraged to apply Employment Type Full Time
