Sr Engineer Design

Implement DFT architectures including ATPG, MBIST, LBIST, scan insertion, and analog test features under manager guidance. * Execute test pattern generation and optimization to minimize test time while maximizing coverage and manufacturing yield. * Apply standardized DFT methodologies and flows to deliver efficient, repeatable results across multiple projects. * Integrate DFT requirements into RTL and physical design stages through collaboration with design, verification, and backend teams. * Develop automation scripts (TCL, Python, Perl) for test pattern creation, validation, and analysis. * Analyze test data from silicon bring-up and production to identify improvements and support root-cause debugging. * Document DFT implementations, test results, and reuse IP for team knowledge sharing. Other Responsibilities * Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; OR Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant industry experience. Solid understanding of digital design fundamentals * Coursework or project experience using Verilog or SystemVerilog * Experience with at least one scripting language, such as Python, Tcl/Tk, Perl * Self-motivated, collaborative team player able to broadly contribute to project goals * Ability to analyze technical problems and communicate findings clearly * Ability and willingness to learn new tools, methodologies, and design concepts * Ability to work collaboratively in a technical team Preferred Qualifications Experience using Git or another version-control system * Experience debugging simulation results using logs and waveforms * Familiarity with running EDA design tools in a UNIX design environment
