Sr. Direct New Sales Executive

To identify, engage and convert new direct sales opportunities, meeting targets through consultative selling and exceptional client service across business channels. Key Activities, Responsibilities and Accountabilities : Identify and generate new sales opportunities through market research, lead sourcing, and proactive customer outreach. Develop a strong pipeline of potential clients and maintain accurate, updated records in the CRM system. Conduct initial meetings with prospects to understand their needs and present suitable insurance solutions. Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations to ensure timely conversion and closure of new business deals. Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to process new business applications smoothly and resolve any bottlenecks. Negotiate terms and pricing within approved guidelines to secure profitable deals. Ensure full compliance with Insurance Authority regulations, internal policies, and required documentation for all new business. Coordinate the onboarding and handover of newly acquired clients to the Relationship Management team as per company procedures. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual new business targets through consistent follow-up, professional communication, and high-quality service delivery. (CRM)

Experience

Bachelor s degree in business administration, or any related field. 2-3 years of related experience. 2 3
