Specialist, Outreach

Support the planning and delivery of outreach campaigns, information sessions, webinars, and roadshows – school visits, school fairs, regulator/school chain meetups, counsellor events and parent engagement sessions. • Build and maintain the outreach pipeline of prospective student, alumni, employers, and community partners across UG, PG & International outreach. • Maintain CRM hygiene and lead management, tracking progression from enquiry to enrolment, for quantitative tracking of metrics. • Respond to programme enquiries and advise prospective learners on fit and next steps. • Work with Communications and Digital Marketing on bilingual Arabic and English outreach materials. • Track and report outreach KPIs, including reach, qualified leads, attendance, and conversion to CAET pipeline (Admissions entrance examination) To support the Manager, Outreach in advancing awareness of IIT Delhi Abu Dhabi’s programmes, and to develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospective students, employers, and community partners across the United Arab Emirates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-4 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or community outreach. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective outreach programs. Strong understanding of various sourcing channels and candidate engagement techniques. Employment Type Full-time
