Solution Delivery Manager (French & English Speaking)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities As a Solution Delivery Manager, you'll be at the intersection of cutting-edge biometric technology and real-world implementation, helping our partners and customers leverage our solutions for critical identity applications including elections, customer onboarding, passport issuance, border control, and more. This role is a senior individual contributor role focused on technical consulting and solution delivery. It does not include direct people management or team leadership responsibilities. You will transform complex technical capabilities into seamless, practical solutions. Within one month, you will br>Dive deep into our biometric technology stack through comprehensive trainings on SDKs, ABIS architecture, and integration methodologies.br>Shadow live customer training sessions to understand real implementation challenges and solutions.br>Begin enhancing our technical materials with your fresh perspective and insights.br>Build relationships with key team members across Professional Services and R&D.br> Within three months, you will br>Take ownership of your first client project, becoming their primary technical point of contact.br>Troubleshoot integration challenges and optimize system performance. Develop data migration code to support quality analyses and system optimization.br>Provide training support and technical consultation.br>Prepare to lead technical knowledge transfer sessions.br> Within six months, you will br>Master specialized tools and technical documentation.br>Deliver your first solo training session.br>Create technical documentation including tests and reports.br>Strengthen collaboration between R&D, product teams, and customers.br>Contribute to internal tools and processes.br> Within one year, you will br>Independently manage multiple technical implementations.br>Become a trusted technical advisor.br>Lead complex data migrations and integrations.br>Deliver customized analyses for customer decisions.br>Contribute to product roadmap improvements.br> Tech Stack & Background:br> Programming languages: Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, and other majorbr>languages Multiple SQL flavors REST API design and integration Message Queues (MQ) CI/CD pipelines AWS (or similar cloud platforms) GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes Keycloak Exposure to biometrics SDKs, platforms, or solutions is an advantagebr> br>Level br>This role is at T4/T5, representing a mid-to-senior technical position where your coding proficiency and problem-solving abilities are essential.
