About the Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to support strategic technology initiatives and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. In this contingent assignment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges, enhance existing systems, and support large-scale engineering programs.

The ideal candidate has a strong software engineering background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the design, development, testing, and implementation of software solutions.

Participate in moderately complex software engineering initiatives and deliverables.

Analyze technical requirements and evaluate solutions for complex engineering challenges.

Collaborate with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and client personnel to deliver high-quality results.

Support project planning, technical design discussions, and software delivery activities.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and engineering best practices.

Ensure solutions align with organizational policies, procedures, security standards, and compliance requirements.

Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving production and development issues.

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Experience designing, developing, and maintaining software applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Experience working in Agile or similar software development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications and systems.

Knowledge of modern software development practices, tools, and methodologies.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in consulting, financial services, or large corporate environments.
