Software Architect

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Software Architect for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

We are seeking a seasoned Software Architect to help build an end-to-end process to integrate a metadata store with the build process. The goal is to manage metadata and interfaces at the enterprise level, isolating the development team from the metadata and interface layer.

Responsibilities

Develop an end-to-end process to integrate the metadata data store into the build process

Manage metadata and interfaces at the enterprise level

Isolate the development team from the metadata and interface layer

Requirements

Experience with Spring Boot, .NET Core, and Python

Proven experience with REST and SOAP service design

Strong understanding of microservices architecture

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

Experience with enterprise API development and integration

Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Desired skills

Wealth Management or Financial Services domain knowledge

Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

Experience with AI agents and MCP-based solutions

Familiarity with Collibra

Experience with SQL databases

Pay range: $58.31 - $66.31 per hour
