Social Media Specialist

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives. Manage daily content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Plan and maintain social media content calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities. Create, coordinate, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and other formats. Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, competitors, and emerging platforms. Manage community engagement, comments, messages, and customer interactions. Coordinate with photographers, graphic designers, influencers, and other creative teams. Plan and execute influencer/KOL collaborations and social media campaigns. Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and recommendations. Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with digital marketing teams to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. Ensure all content maintains the company's brand identity and visual standards. Stay updated on the latest social media algorithms, trends, tools, and best practices. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing/Management. Fashion retail experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and SMMM practices. Hands-on experience in content planning, social media management, analytics, paid campaigns, influencer marketing, and community management. Strong understanding of fashion, retail, and consumer trends. Creative, proactive, and highly organized with strong communication skills. Tagalog speaker preferred. Must be willing to work in JAFZA, Dubai. Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice are preferred.
