Social Media Content Coordinator

Plan, create, coordinate, and publish engaging content across social media platforms. Develop content calendars aligned with the healthcare facility s marketing and communication objectives. Create engaging posts, captions, stories, reels, videos, and other digital content. Coordinate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to gather content and campaign information. Develop healthcare-related content that is informative, engaging, and suitable for the target audience. Manage day-to-day social media activities and ensure consistent posting schedules. Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and relevant healthcare content trends. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly. Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and external content partners when required. Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity, and communication standards across platforms. Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and campaign performance. Identify opportunities to improve engagement and increase the healthcare facility s online visibility. Support promotional campaigns, healthcare awareness initiatives, events, and special activities. Ensure all healthcare-related content is professionally presented and follows appropriate confidentiality and communication standards. Requirements Proven experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role. Experience in the healthcare / medical sector is preferred. Strong content writing and copywriting skills. Hands-on experience managing platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Ability to create engaging reels, stories, short-form videos, and social media graphics. Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, engagement strategies, and analytics. Knowledge of content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is an advantage. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory. Candidates with Qatar healthcare or GCC experience will be preferred.
