Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a SOC Manager for one of our partners, a leading Digital Bank! Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SOC Manager to lead the Security Operations Center (SOC) and ensure the effective detection, response, containment, and recovery from cybersecurity incidents. In this role, you will oversee continuous security monitoring, incident response, threat management, and the ongoing development of incident response capabilities to strengthen the organization's cyber resilience. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the end-to-end cybersecurity incident response lifecycle, including identification, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident review of security events. Oversee 24/7 security monitoring and incident handling activities. Ensure adherence to defined incident response procedures, escalation paths, and service level agreements. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve incident response frameworks, playbooks, processes, and readiness exercises. Oversee threat intelligence, threat hunting, and security investigations. Proactively identify emerging threats and support the reduction of organizational risk. Act as the primary escalation point during major cybersecurity incidents. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, management, and relevant teams during major cyber incidents. Provide timely reporting and recommendations during major cyber incidents. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 7 10 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 4 5 years leading or running a Security Operations Center (SOC). Experience leading the end-to-end cybersecurity incident response lifecycle. Experience managing 24/7 security monitoring and incident handling activities. Experience working with incident response procedures, escalation paths, and service level agreements. Experience developing and maintaining incident response frameworks, playbooks, processes, and readiness exercises. Experience overseeing threat intelligence, threat hunting, and security investigations. Experience coordinating major cybersecurity incidents across internal stakeholders and management. Experience providing timely reporting and recommendations during major cybersecurity incidents.
