SmartPlant Designer / Operator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Create, update and maintain SmartPlant project databases and engineering information. Develop and manage SmartPlant P&IDs, 3D models, instrumentation data, engineering tags and associated project deliverables. Ensure consistency and integrity of engineering data across all SmartPlant applications. Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and Civil disciplines for design integration. Generate reports, drawings, material take-offs and engineering documentation from SmartPlant systems. Support project setup, user management, data migration and system administration activities. Review engineering deliverables for compliance with project requirements and company standards. Assist in troubleshooting SmartPlant application issues and provide user support and training. Participate in project reviews, model reviews and engineering coordination meetings. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy of engineering data. Desired Candidate Profile Extensive knowledge of SmartPlant suite applications such as SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID), SmartPlant 3D (SP3D), SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI / INtools), SmartPlant Foundation (SPF), SmartPlant Electrical and related engineering databases. Familiarity with engineering standards, project workflows, document control procedures and interdisciplinary coordination. Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, Navisworks and related engineering software is desirable. Understanding of Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC and international engineering standards is an added advantage. Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in multidisciplinary engineering teams and support project execution schedules.
