Desired Candidate Profile

Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus. Hold relevant certifications such as Certified Structural Steel Inspector (CSSI) or equivalent industry-recognized credentials. Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in steel construction, structural inspection, or site surveying.
