Site Reliability Engineer L2 (SRE L2)

We are seeking a skilled L2 Site Reliability Engineer (Azure & AWS) to proactivly monitor, support and maintain the complex cloud infrastructure. You will introduce continuous improvements and enhancements to optimize both the technical and cost metrics, arming our customers with required tools & tactics to get the most out of their cloud resources. Basic AWS & Azure Troubleshooting, Implementations and changes. (Security Group, SSL Renewal, Load balancer Target group addition, Database logs check ) Analyze logs and resolve an incident to restore service. Apply requested changes to the customer environment. Proactively check monitoring alarms & notifications and triggers incident/problem ticket if required. Basic SQL, Networking, Linux and Windows Server Knowledge. Perform health and right sizing checks. Perform cost optimization exercises. Validate security posture of all accounts. Gather all required information from the requesters and send them regular updates on the status of their request. Log all incoming incident requests with appropriate parameters like category, urgency, and priority. Drive customer communication in business-critical situations. Provide the required support to L1 for incident resolution Deliver customer performance reports. Verify incident resolution and confirm customer normal operations. Understand & fulfil Zero&One vision and values. Achieve the planned development plan targets regarding training and certifications. Show punctuality in all aspects. Abide to work environment guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A good understanding of the overall AWS & Azure environment and core services. Native Cloud applications, Cloud application design patterns and practices.
