Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Project Site Engineer – Landscaping (MEP Background) Location:Dubai, UAE Industry: Landscaping / Horticulture / Contracting Leading Landscapes company is seeking a dynamic Project Site Engineer with a strong MEP background to manage execution of landscaping, hardscape, and irrigation projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site coordination, technical drawings, and MEP services related to landscape projects such as irrigation networks, lighting, and drainage. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Site Execution & Technical Supervise and coordinate all site activities for softscape, hardscape, and irrigation works Read and interpret landscape drawings, irrigation layouts, MEP drawings, and BOQs Ensure execution as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications Coordinate with MEP subcontractors for installation of irrigation pumps, controllers, lighting, and drainage systems Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and progress as per schedule Project Coordination Liaise with Consultants, Clients, and Main Contractors for approvals, RFIs, and site instructions Prepare daily progress reports, site meeting minutes, and progress photos Manage manpower, materials, and equipment on site to meet project milestones Identify site issues and propose technical solutions in coordination with PM and Design team Quality, Safety & Documentation Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company quality procedures Support QS team with site measurements, variation documentation, and submittals Maintain as-built drawings and project handover documents Desired Candidate Profile REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Education: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / MEP Engineering Experience: 3–5 years’ experience as Site Engineer in Landscaping, MEP, or Infrastructure projects in UAE/GCC Must Have Knowledge: Irrigation systems: Drip, Bubbler, Sprinkler, Pump rooms, Controllers Landscape lighting, low voltage works, and drainage Reading AutoCAD drawings and interpreting MEP schematics Site execution of hardscape elements: paving, kerbs, water features Software: AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills Valid UAE Driving License is preferred Immediate joiners preferred BENEFITS Health Insurance as per UAE Labour Law Annual Leave: 30 Calendar Days Paid Public Holidays as per UAE Government Visa, Air Ticket as per company policy Competitive Salary + Site Allowance + Transport HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates can send updated CV with subject: Site Engineer - Landscaping MEP - [Your Name] Only candidates with UAE landscaping/MEP project experience will be shortlisted.
