Site Engineer (Luxury Retail)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a qualified and proactive Site Engineer to manage technical operations, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure high-quality execution across luxury retail locations. The ideal candidate has strong engineering knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to deliver premium standards while working within active and sensitive retail environments. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, planning capability, and on-site supervision to ensure all works meet client expectations and brand guidelines. Desired Candidate Profile Key Responsibilities Technical Oversight & Execution Conduct technical assessments and diagnostics across all building systems (MEP, civil, architectural). Provide engineering solutions, method statements, and corrective action plans for maintenance tasks. Ensure all works are executed according to technical standards and regulatory requirements. Project & Work Coordination Plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance and minor project works across boutiques. Prepare scopes of work, material lists, and technical documentation. Manage contractors and internal technicians to ensure timely and efficient execution. Quality Assurance Ensure high-quality workmanship that aligns with luxury retail standards. Perform inspections, audits, and snagging reports. Validate completed works and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and HSE standards. Client Interface & Reporting Act as a technical point of contact for store managers and client representatives. Provide clear updates, engineering reports, and recommendations. Issue daily/weekly site reports, photos, progress updates, and completion certificates. Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure all works follow local regulations, safety protocols, and company policies. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safe working conditions on-site. Identify risks and implement preventive measures.
