Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job description: Required 02 male Site Supervisor / Engineer with the below job description & requirements Project Execution: Execute architectural and MEP works as per the scope outlined in project documentation, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and specifications. Site Management: Supervise site activities, including verifying dimensions, levels, and readings, and ensuring cleanliness, security, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and mall management to address concerns, convey project updates, and ensure smooth project operation. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including day work, permits, material inventory, and progress reports, and compile data for regular reporting to management and stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Monitor project quality to ensure compliance with standards and specifications, paying attention to detail in drawings and accuracy in project timelines. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, escalating as necessary to appropriate personnel for resolution. Coordination: Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors, Joinery teams, and other stakeholders to coordinate site activities, resolve technical queries, and ensure alignment with project goals. Timeline Management: Manage project schedules, oversee material deliveries, and monitor progress against project milestones, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines. Overall, the Site Engineer/Supervisor plays a crucial role in driving project success by overseeing all aspects of construction activities, ensuring efficient coordination among teams, and upholding quality, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle. Minimum 3 to 4 years of UAE Fit-Out Commercial work experience UAE Driving License mandatory Experience in retail / Fit-out(F&B) Flexible to work at different working hours.
