Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our reputable Construction Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management and project execution, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry. Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations to ensure project progress aligns with timelines. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage site documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and permits. Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts on-site promptly. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 4 years of experience in site or project engineering within the Dubai/UAE construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in the UAE. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and challenges. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements. Proficiency in industry standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, etc. is an advantage.
