Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role: Administrator – School Systems Experience: 3+ Years Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Work Mode: Onsite Availability: Immediate to 15 Days Candidate Requirement: Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be contacted Desired Candidate Profile 3+ years of experience managing/administering School Information Systems (SIS) Hands-on experience with iSAMS, PowerSchool, Engage, or equivalent school management systems Strong experience in SIS configuration, administration, troubleshooting and support Experience managing user accounts, roles, permissions and access controls Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades and enhancements Strong understanding of data management and data quality across integrated platforms Experience supporting system integrations, APIs or middleware is an advantage Experience with reporting, dashboards and business intelligence solutions Knowledge of SSO, authentication and identity management is an advantage Experience supporting cloud-based and on-premises applications Experience with system testing, validation and UAT Ability to support annual academic year rollover and system transition activities Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with school and technology teams Candidates must be currently based in the UAE Candidates must be available to join immediately or within 15 days Employment Type Full-time Company Industry EducationTrainingTeachingAcademics Department / Functional Area Administration Keywords SIS AdministratorStudent Data AdministratorSIS ManagerData IntegrityPowerschoolISAMSAcademic Systems Administrator Get real-time job updates only on our App
