Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable development plans. Implement and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and content types, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies. Develop and maintain custom SharePoint workflows using tools like SharePoint Designer or Power Automate to automate business processes and improve efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of software development principles. Holds relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate or similar, showcasing a commitment to professional development. Demonstrates 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, indicating a proven track record of delivering successful solutions.
