Full-Time / Contract Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Consultant to design, develop, configure, integrate, and support ServiceNow solutions across enterprise IT environments. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, ITSM processes, scripting, workflows, integrations, and custom application development. Experience with ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, GRC/IRM, or CSM will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements. Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Workflows/Flow Designer. Implement and support ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog. Configure forms, fields, tables, workflows, notifications, approvals, and access controls. Develop automated workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub. Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub. Work on CMDB configuration, data quality, CI lifecycle, relationships, and discovery. Develop and maintain integrations with monitoring, identity, HR, asset, cloud, and other enterprise platforms. Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support. Perform unit testing, system testing, debugging, deployment, and post-production support. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, technical documentation, and deployment activities. Follow ServiceNow development best practices and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and infrastructure teams. Required Skills & Experience 4–8 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development/configuration. Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and architecture. Hands-on experience with: JavaScript Glide APIs Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Policies UI Actions ACLs Notifications Scheduled Jobs Flow Designer Service Catalog Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM. Experience with REST/SOAP web services and third-party integrations. Good understanding of CMDB, Configuration Items, relationships, and data management. Experience with update sets, application deployment, debugging, and version management. Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good to Have Experience in one or more of the following ServiceNow areas: ITOM – IT Operations Management CMDB / CSDM ITSM GRC / IRM CSM – Customer Service Management HRSD – Human Resources Service Delivery IT Asset Management / HAM / SAM Service Portal / UI Builder IntegrationHub ServiceNow Discovery Service Mapping Performance Analytics Custom Application Development Integration Experience Candidates with experience integrating ServiceNow with the following technologies will be preferred: REST / SOAP APIs Microsoft Azure AWS Active Directory / Entra ID LDAP Splunk Dynatrace SCCM / MECM SAP Salesforce Workday Jira Cybersecurity/SIEM platforms Monitoring and observability platforms Security & Access Understanding of ServiceNow security and access controls. Experience with ACLs, roles, groups, authentication, SSO, SAML, and OAuth. Understanding of secure API integrations and data protection. Exposure to ServiceNow security best practices is preferred.
