Service Manager – EV / ICE Passenger & Commercial Vehicles

Lead overall service workshop and after-sales operations, ensuring high productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Manage workshop operations including vehicle diagnosis, repair, maintenance and quality control. Lead and develop Service Advisors, Technicians and workshop teams. Monitor workshop productivity, labour sales, service revenue, CSI and customer retention. Ensure timely vehicle delivery, repair quality and adherence to OEM service standards. Manage EV and ICE vehicle diagnostics, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Oversee warranty, technical claims, service campaigns and OEM compliance. Monitor workshop capacity, manpower planning, parts coordination and operational costs. Analyse service KPIs and prepare regular MIS / performance reports for management. Ensure compliance with HSE, OEM standards and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 10–18 years of automotive after-sales/service experience, including managerial experience. Experience in Passenger Vehicle and/or Commercial Vehicle service operations. Strong exposure to EV and ICE vehicle technology, diagnostics and repair. Experience with OEM/dealership service operations preferred. Strong leadership, customer-handling, analytical and team-management skills. Employment Type Full-time
