Service Delivery Engineer - DevOps

Install and configure cloud services. Design, modify and test technical architecture. Ensure installations meet project specifications and requirements. Develop a deep understanding of the products and systems being deployed. Provide expert knowledge during installation and configuration. Collaborate with project managers to create and adhere to project timelines. Ensure timely delivery. Provide post-deployment technical support. Assist clients with any issues or questions that may arise after deployment. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, project managers, and stakeholders. Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets. Address questions and concerns throughout the deployment process. Provide training to end-users or clients to ensure effective use of deployed solutions. Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the solution functions as expected. Ensure the deployed solution meets quality standards. Create and maintain detailed documentation related to the deployment process. Document configuration settings and troubleshooting procedures. Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during deployment. Ensure minimal disruption to clients by addressing and resolving issues promptly. Assist with system upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance. Ensure optimal system performance through routine maintenance activities. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends. Improve skills and knowledge related to deployment and integration.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in computer engineering or a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology). Certifications in relevant technologies may be a plus Proven experience in deployment, integration, or technical support roles. Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools specific to the products being deployed.
