Senior Technical Office Architects

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead the strategic design and implementation of complex technical architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future scalability. Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across the organization to maintain consistency and quality. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and provide expert guidance. Oversee the evaluation and selection of new technologies and platforms, conducting proof-of-concepts and assessing their impact. Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies, developing contingency plans for critical systems. Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and proposing their adoption to enhance product offerings or internal processes. Champion architectural governance, ensuring that projects adhere to defined standards and security protocols. Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical teams, product management, and business stakeholders. Contribute to the long-term technology roadmap, anticipating future needs and technological shifts. Desired Candidate Profile Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on enterprise-level systems. Proven expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices design patterns. Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code. Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling principles. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or TOGAF. Experience in a specific industry relevant to the company's domain (e.g., FinTech, HealthTech, E-commerce). Fluent in English; proficiency in other relevant languages is a plus.
