Senior Technical Engineer AIOps Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize AIOps solutions leveraging IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps, Instana, and Turbonomic
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver impactful presentations showcasing AIOps capabilities to clients
• Develop and implement Proof of Concepts (POCs) to highlight the value and effectiveness of AIOps solutions
• Lead end-to-end deployments, integrations, and configurations of AIOps tools in client environments
• Collaborate with clients to assess requirements and deliver tailored AIOps strategies for IT operations automation
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve complex issues for improved application performance and resource utilization
• Provide technical support during the implementation phases, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials to support clients and team members

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience working with IBM AIOps tools, including IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps, Instana, and Turbonomic. Strong understanding of IT Operations Management, performance monitoring, and automation processes. Hands-on experience conducting technical demos, POCs, and client presentations. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Shell, or Java. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud) and hybrid infrastructure environments. Experience working with Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift for containerized deployments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
