Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the steps involved in the interview and selection processes, such as screening calls, tests, and in-person interviews using niche platforms
• Utilize our ATS to review candidate data, including credentials and contact information
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
• Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals when needed
• Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
• Keep up to date with new technological trends and products
• Desired Candidate Profile +3 Years of experience as a Technical Recruiter. (Required)
• Practical learning expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing and evaluating candidates
• Understanding of selection evaluation and a deep interest in Social-Media and Digital Recruitment Technologies
• Capacity for multitasking and the ability to function under time constraints
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Zoom, and structured) Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with ATS and resume databases (Workable)
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluency in English is a must) Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation Can-do attitude is a must
