Senior Specialist – Reporting

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement advanced reporting solutions that translate complex data into actionable business insights. Lead the design and creation of executive-level dashboards and performance metrics, ensuring clarity and impact. Automate reporting processes using scripting and advanced tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity for accurate reporting. Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement. Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on reporting best practices and technical skills development. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field like Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation, alongside experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI. Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling techniques. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex findings to diverse audiences. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
