Senior Sales Executive

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits and other business development channels. Identify and approach prospective individual and corporate clients. Understand client requirements and present suitable business and corporate service solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and follow-up to negotiation and closing. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve assigned sales targets. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of proven Sales / Business Development experience. Relevant experience in Business Setup, Corporate Services, Business Consultancy, PRO/Government Services or B2B Professional Services is strongly preferred. UAE market experience is preferred. Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and close business. Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills. Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented. Candidates with an existing UAE business network will have an advantage. Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred. Employment Type Full-time
