Job Description Roles & Responsibilities we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Intelligent Automation Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade automation solutions across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere and Playwright, coupled with a solid foundation in software development, integration technologies, process optimization, and enterprise automation frameworks. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the Bank's automation journey by developing scalable, resilient, secure, and audit-ready automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, service quality, compliance, and customer experience. This role requires an individual who combines strong technical expertise with analytical thinking, stakeholder management capabilities, and a passion for continuous learning in a rapidly evolving technology environment. Key Responsibilities: Automation Solution Development Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise-grade automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360. Develop unattended, attended, and semi-attended bots for business-critical processes. Build robust browser-based automation solutions using Playwright. Develop reusable automation frameworks, libraries, accelerators, and components. Design automation workflows that interact with desktop applications, web applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems Perform detailed process analysis and translate business requirements into automation solutions Solution Architecture & Engineering Participate in automation solution architecture and technical design reviews. Ensure automation solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and maintainable. Develop reusable standards, coding guidelines, and automation best practices. Create technical documentation, deployment guides, support guides, and operational runbooks.
