Senior Risk-Based Inspection Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate with section engineers in reviewing CMMS project deliverables. Assist section engineers in SAP PM Master Data IDB review and completion. Coordinate with CMMS Contractors on the project progress reports and Transmittals Log. Work with section engineers to fully capture the asset integrity relevant master data through CMMS works. Collect data & populate Interim Data Base (IDB) for small sized in-house CMMS projects. Perform necessary site validation for M.O assets as part of SAP Master Data updates in Master Data audits. Update Functional Location Data, Equipment Data, Maintenance Planning Data, Bill of Material Data and other related PM Master Data in SAP that are requested through e-SUR. Collect and Review Maintenance transactional data and historical data, which are relevant, significant to Mesaieed operations Maintenance Optimization activity. Verify that Equipment breakdown status & equipment history are properly populated in SAP. 10.Assist the Optimization engineers in carrying out optimization studies including Maintenance Strategy optimization, FMEA/ACA in APMS tool. 11.Liaise with reliability section to assure that correct failure codes are assigned to M2 notifications. 12.Assist in preparing presentations, databases using MS access, and other computerized formats and the like for system improvements and business improvements. 13.Assist the section engineer in preparation of business-related presentations and report Desired Candidate Profile Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mech, Elect, Inst, or Ind) with good written and spoken English. Experience a) Minimum of eight (8) years of plant maintenance experience in Oil & Gas Industry. b) Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in preparing CMMS data for SAP R/3 system. c) Good understanding on SAP PM Master data standards and it’s integrity levels. d) Good Hands-on with Maintenance work notifications, work orders, confirmation Transactions in SAP. e) Hand on experience in Asset verification at site with ability in interpretation of engineering drawings. f) Good years of experience in creating SPIR/SPF and maintenance spare planning. g) Good exposure in Reliability concepts and measures. h) User level exposure in creating/updating/reviewing asset strategies in APMS tool. i) Experience of participating in ACA/FMEA/RSA studies & workshops using APMS tool. j) Good Understanding of processes covering Defect Elimination, Bad Actor Mgmt, Safety Critical Elements identification and performance standardization. k) Good exposure in Risk Based Work Selection and maintenance work prioritization. l) Excellent record keeping skills and ability to perform document control functions. m) Excellent data management skills using MS-Access and MS-office tools Employment Type Full-time Company Industry Oil & GasPetroleum Department / Functional Area Engineering Keywords Lead RBI EngineerAPI 580/581Senior Corrosion And Inspection EngineerRisk-Based Inspection RBIRBI Program ManagerCorrosion ManagementAsset Integrity ManagementFailure AnalysisSenior Asset Integrity EngineerMechanical Integrity Get real-time job updates only on our App
