We are looking for you as early as possible as Senior Recruiting Operations & Vendor Manager (f/m/x) for DB-El Sewedy Railway Operation Egypt for the primary location Cairo . The role: We are seeking a Senior Recruiting Operations Coordinator to oversee and continuously improve recruitment operations in collaboration with the external recruitment provider. In this role, you will lead the operational and strategic relationship with the provider, monitor contractual performance, drive service improvements, and act as the primary escalation point for complex operational issues. Working closely with HR leadership and Procurement, you will ensure that recruitment services are delivered in line with business needs, contractual agreements, and performance expectations. Your

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of the external recruitment provider and ensure compliance with contractual KPIs and service levels
• Lead regular service review meetings with the provider and drive performance improvements where required
• Identify structural challenges in recruitment delivery and develop solutions in collaboration with the provider and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the strategic development of recruitment operations and service delivery models
• Evaluate recruitment processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, transparency, and scalability
• Support workforce planning by ensuring recruitment operations align with hiring demand and organizational priorities
• Partner with Procurement on vendor governance, contract management, and service reviews
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, and scope adjustments where applicable
• Ensure recruitment services remain aligned with contractual agreements and internal governance standards

Qualifications

• (maximum 10 points) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HR, recruitment operations, vendor management, or talent acquisition
• Excellent knowledge of the candidate market in Egypt; knowledge of the transport industry is an asset
• Strong experience working with external recruitment providers or RPO models
• Solid understanding of recruitment KPIs, operational performance management, and vendor governance
• Experience collaborating with Procurement and managing service providers
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on cultural sensitivity
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to deliver results under pressure
