Profile We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Technology Recruiter with strong expertise in AI, Digital Transformation and 360 Technology Recruitment. The ideal candidate combines excellent technical sourcing and headhunting skills with strong client management and business development capabilities. Role Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development and client requirements through sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation and placement Recruit across AI, Generative AI, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Digital Transformation and emerging technologies Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers and technology professionals Conduct market mapping, headhunting and targeted sourcing for niche and senior technology roles Build and manage a strong technology talent pipeline Achieve individual recruitment, placement and business development targets What We Are Looking For 5+ years of technology recruitment experience Strong experience in new business acquisition Proven track record in AI, Digital Transformation and Technology recruitment Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing tools Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Commercially minded, proactive and target driven UAE/GCC recruitment experience is an advantage Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver high-quality candidates within tight deadlines
