10–14 years with MRICS Job Description We have an opening for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Consultants experience) with strong post-contract experience in building projects in the UAE and coming from Consultants side. The candidate should have a solid background in cost management, contract administration and commercial management gained with a reputable cost consultancy or developer in the UAE. Key Responsibilities Manage post-contract quantity surveying activities from project commencement to completion. Prepare and review interim payment applications, valuations and payment certificates. Manage variations, change orders and claims. Prepare and monitor project cost reports and cost forecasts. Review contractual documents and ensure compliance with contract conditions. Prepare, review and negotiate final accounts. Monitor project costs and identify potential commercial risks. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams on all commercial matters. Requirements 10–14 years of total experience and MRICS. Minimum 4 years of UAE experience is mandatory and Consultants experience. Strong post-contract experience in building projects such as schools, malls, hospitals, hotels, residential or commercial developments. Previous experience working with a reputable cost consultancy, quantity surveying consultancy or established property developer. Strong knowledge of contract administration, variations, claims, interim valuations and final accounts. Excellent commercial, negotiation and coordination skills. Ability to independently manage post-contract responsibilities and liaise with project stakeholders.
