Senior Quantity Surveyor – Electrical (Power Transmission)

Lead the cost management process for large-scale electrical power transmission projects, from initial estimates to final account settlement. Develop and meticulously review complex bills of quantities (BoQ) and tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and minimizing commercial risks. Oversee the valuation of variations, claims, and change orders, providing robust cost justifications and supporting documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution. Professional certification such as MRICS (Quantity Surveying & Construction) or equivalent is highly desirable. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience specifically within the electrical power transmission and distribution sector.
