Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects Manage contract administration, including preparation and negotiation of contract variations and claims under FIDIC contracts Monitor project costs, track progress, and ensure adherence to budgets Conduct risk analysis and provide advice on contractual issues and dispute resolution Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to resolve commercial and contractual matters Prepare interim payment applications, final accounts, and financial reports Ensure compliance with local construction laws and regulations Lead and mentor junior quantity surveyors and commercial staff Coordinate with project teams for accurate measurement, valuation, and reporting Assist in procurement processes and subcontractor management We need candidates who is only available in UAE and possible location will be in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
