Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor activities, oversees commercial and contractual management, and ensures accurate cost tracking for infrastructure projects. Your role Lead measurement, cost control, and contract administration activities. Prepare major variation claims, cost impact assessments, and commercial reports. Review and approve BOQs, quantity breakdowns, and valuations. Conduct risk analysis for cost overruns and provide mitigation strategies. Mentor junior QS staff and coordinate with finance, planning, and engineering teams. Participate in client and contractor negotiations and project reviews. Desired Candidate Profile

Senior Quantity Surveyor with 10+ years of experience in pre- and post-contract cost management for major infrastructure projects. Proven experience in cost planning, estimating, tendering, payment certification, variations, claims, final accounts, commercial reporting, and stakeholder management. Experience working on large-scale infrastructure and development programmes. MRICS qualification preferred.
