Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 to 15 years of progressive construction experience, preferably in Project Management, Construction Management, or Senior Superintendent roles. Demonstrated experience taking over active or partially completed projects and successfully driving them through completion. Experience managing multi-discipline construction involving structural, civil, utilities, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and MEP coordination Experience with aircraft hangars, PEB buildings, industrial facilities, military facilities, aviation facilities, or similar complex construction strongly preferred Previous experience working on USACE, U.S. Federal Government, Department of Defense, or military construction projects is highly desirable Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, manpower planning, productivity, and recovery planning. Must be willing and able to work full-time on-site at Al Dhafra Air Base. Must be able to meet applicable site access, security, badging, and project requirements.
