Senior Project Manager

As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for manufacturing and industrial projects Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies Oversee project execution to ensure delivery within scope, time, and cost constraints Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, procurement, and quality Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project lifecycle

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master s preferred) 8 12+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects successfully Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, ERP systems) PMP or equivalent certification is highly preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
