Job Overview
What You'll Do: Manage projects and handle the communication with client to ensure all instructions are executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Including but not limited to: Managing projects: Adding the project on Transparent software
- Deliver projects on time
- Adding the PO on transparent
- Conduct QA using CAT tools
- Estimate deadline
- Handling communication with customers Handle different communications with the client regarding: new project, opportunities, feedback, queries, Pos, and invoices
- Handle positive and negative feedback
- Follow up on feedback implementation
Desired Candidate Profile
What You Bring to the Table: Excellent to Fluent English skills. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
