Senior Project Engineer – OT Networking & Cybersecurity

Infrastructure Pre-Sales: Review client RFQs to select, size, and propose compliant switches, firewalls, and server hardware. Network & OS Design: Architect secure OT network topologies, subnets, and server environments (Windows/Linux) tailored to host critical industrial applications. Hands-on Commissioning: Configure, test, and deploy industrial managed switches, firewalls, and operating systems during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). Cybersecurity Alignment: Apply rigorous endpoint hardening, patch management strategies, and network segmentation adhering to IEC 62443 compliance. Client Liaison & Handover: Act as the primary technical interface with the client’s corporate IT/OT cybersecurity teams and conduct final infrastructure training for end-users.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience Level: Mid-to-Senior level engineer with a strong track record in project-based system integration, automation engineering, or industrial infrastructure. Technical Focus: Advanced, practical expertise in network routing, switching, industrial firewalls, and Windows/Linux Server administration. Industry Background: Prior experience delivering projects within the Oil & Gas sector or similar regulated industrial environments is highly preferred. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work alongside automation engineers to ensure application software integrates smoothly with the secure underlying infrastructure. Standards Framework: Practical execution knowledge of industrial cybersecurity frameworks, specifically the IEC 62443 standard. Employment Type Full-time
