Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for core product areas, from discovery through delivery and iteration - Design complex, data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, admin panels, workflows) with a focus on usability and scalability - Translate business requirements, technical constraints, and user needs into thoughtful design solutions - Conduct user research with enterprise customers, including interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate interaction and behavior - Contribute to and evolve a robust design system to ensure consistency across a large product ecosystem - Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs - Partner with Product and Data teams to leverage insights and metrics in decision-making - Advocate for accessibility, performance, and usability in all design work - Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design processes and team practices Job Requirements

What We Are Looking For
