Senior Pricing Analyst

The Senior Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing pricing strategies that maximize revenue across flyadeal's network. The role oversees fare design, fare filing, pricing governance, and commercial analysis while ensuring competitive pricing, revenue integrity, and alignment with the airline's commercial objectives. Working closely with Revenue Management, Network Planning, Distribution, Commercial, Digital, and external partners, the role supports new market launches, pricing optimization, and continuous improvement of pricing systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain pricing strategies that maximize revenue and market competitiveness. Manage the end-to-end pricing process, including fare design, fare filing, fare rules, and pricing implementation. Coordinate fare publication with ATPCO, GDS providers, reservation systems, and other commercial partners. Manage pricing across multiple routes, markets, fare products, and distribution channels. Analyze competitor pricing, market demand, customer behavior, and commercial performance to optimize pricing decisions. Monitor revenue integrity by ensuring correct implementation of fares, ancillary products, discounts, bundles, and pricing rules. Support new route launches, frequency changes, and network expansion through timely pricing implementation. Develop analytical dashboards and reports to monitor pricing performance, channel effectiveness, and commercial KPIs. Recommend pricing process improvements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and data quality. Collaborate with Revenue Management System providers and distribution partners to optimize pricing workflows. Support commercial projects and pricing-related system enhancements. Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and revenue management standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Airline Pricing, Revenue Management, or Commercial Pricing within a Low-Cost Carrier (LCC). Strong understanding of airline pricing principles, fare construction, and revenue management. Experience with fare filing through ATPCO and Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience using Revenue Management and pricing systems. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Navitaire, Amadeus Revenue Management, Sabre, PROS, or similar airline revenue management platforms. Knowledge of the Middle East aviation market. Experience supporting pricing automation, system enhancements, or commercial transformation initiatives. Experience using Power BI, SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is an advantage.
