Senior Planning Engineer

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using advanced scheduling tools, ensuring timely project delivery and resource allocation. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify project milestones, dependencies, and critical paths for optimal efficiency. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential delays and budget overruns throughout the project lifecycle. Analyze and report on schedule performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling within large-scale construction or engineering projects. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) are highly desirable.
